- Custom software (SaaS)
- The platform your operation needs, not an off-the-shelf one. Includes AI agents that handle WhatsApp: they book appointments, quote and take orders.
- Infrastructure and networks
- Design, implementation and support of the base everything else runs on, on-premise or in the cloud.
- Cybersecurity
- Hardening of what you already have and a roadmap to formal controls under the ISO/IEC 27001 framework.
- IT audit
- Internal audits of your systems, access, backups and processes against the ISO/IEC 27001 Annex A controls. You receive a report with findings ranked by priority (conformities, observations and nonconformities) and a correction plan with owners and deadlines.
- Training
- Hands-on workshops for your team: spotting phishing, passwords and access, handling information safely, and using the tools we build. Adjusted to each group's level.

We implement controls under the standard's framework in the projects that need it. SOLTIX, as a company, is not ISO/IEC 27001 certified: the certification belongs to the person who audits, not to the organization.
